Building Construction

Designs are finalised, next step is building construction. Focusing upon all of our bespoke designs each building constructed will be unique. Especially if you have used our custom design projects! With our own builders, roofers, tilers, electricians, plumbers and plasterers, all work is completed in house. Making a unique experience for every customer.

Repairs & Installations

Using our in house plumbers and electricians we can offer you a range of different installations. Maintaining our build quality is key, which is why we will offer you many repairs. All our electrical and plumbing work is certified, with certifications provided.

Latest Projects

At Leading Edge Developers we have some amazing projects underway.

 

In Dunstable, we are currently well underway with the planning and construction of 8, 1 bedroom flats. These flats come complete with an open plan kitchen, lounge diner along with 1 double bedroom. The flats we are building are extremely spacious, making them the ideal first home for any couple. In some of the flats, there will be sprinklers installed to ensure our builds fire safety is up to standard. The building consists of both stairs and a lift, making our new flats accessible for all.

 

In Bounds Green, we are in the process of planning and constructing a downstairs bathroom. One of our smaller projects, but there is a lot included! This single bathroom is decently sized. Consisting of a shower, toilet, sink, and radiators. Within this project, we will be also opening up a currently boarded window for more light in our plan.
